Jeb Butler tells jurors that Chrysler designed its 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a rear-position fuel tank, knowing the placement was a fire risk. Butler represents James and Lindsay Walden, who sued Chrysler after their four-year-old son, Remington, died in 2012 from a fuel tank-related fire on a 1999 Grand Cherokee. A jury awarded the Waldens $150 million in their suit.
