Scott Frost says R.T Vanderbilt Holding Companies knew of the dangers of asbestos in its talc posed but failed to properly act on it. Frost represents Robert Lord, who is suing Vanderbilt and others for mesothelioma he contends was caused by his exposure to defendants’ asbestos-containing materials.
