William Geraghty tells jurors that Phyllis Frazier knew smoking was dangerous decades before she quit. Frazier, who contracted COPD that required a lung transplant, died in 2012. Her daughter, Tina Russo, sued R.J. Reynolds and Geraghty’s client, Philip Morris, claiming Frazier’s smoking-related illness was caused by the tobacco makers’ deception.
