Todd McPharlin tells jurors that the weight of medical evidence, including testimony from a treating oncologist, will establish that Paul Pollari died of smoking-related lung cancer, not an ulcer, as the defense is expected to argue. McPharlin’s client, Rose Pollari, is suing tobacco manufacturers R.J.
