Don’t “Monday Monday Quarterback” Concierge Firm Physician in Medical Malpractice Trial: Defense

Defense attorney David O. Doyle tells jurors that concierge firm MDVIP’s affiliated physician, Dr. Charles Metzger, took appropriate medical action under the circumstances in treating one of his patients, Joan Beber for leg pain and should not be judged by hindsight that showed Beber suffered from then-undiagnosed vascular disease. Beber’s husband, Robert is suing MDVIP and Metzger for failing to diagnose his wife’s vascular disease in time to prevent the amputation of her leg.
